The Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz is an international boarding school with a history stretching back over 120 years, located near St. Moritz in the heart of the scenic Engadin valley (Switzerland). 220 boarders from around the world and 110 local day students study at our school for the Swiss Matura, the iGCSE, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP). Teacher for History / Geschichte

Workload: 80% – 100%

Responsibilities

Teaching history mainly in English as part of the Swiss Matura and International Baccalaureate programmes
Teaching and development as part of our Matura and Baccalaureate programme
Supporting our students inside and outside the classroom and participating in our extracurricular life

Requirements

University degree at Master’s level, teaching diploma with recognition for Matura schools
Teaching experience in the Matura programme, Austrian Matura, German Abitur and/or IB
Motivated teacher with excellent teaching skills
EU/EFTA citizenship
Very good command of English and of German (Level C1)
Confident person who enjoys working with people
