Primary School Programme

We are excited to introduce the Lyceum Primary Programme, a formal English educational curriculum. Lessons will be delivered in an inspiring and exciting way, benefiting from having a growing international community in a unique and multilingual region.

There will be an emphasis on speaking and listening, reading and writing, with opportunities for cross-curricular learning. This aims to complement education received at local primary schools.

Subjects

  • Literacy
  • Numeracy
  • Science
  • Topics from History, Geography, Art and Drama

The youngest children will develop friendships and a love of learning through structured play and an introduction to phonics. Years 1-6 will cover the learning outcomes laid out in the English National Curriculum, which will be tailored to their specific learning needs. Through a varied, inclusive and exciting approach to delivering lessons, students will develop confidence and take ownership of their learning.
