Kleinhaus - Junior Boys' House

The "Kleinhaus" accommodates 45 boys aged 15 to 17. The boarders live in single, double or triple rooms which they can decorate according to their own taste. The evenings are spent in well furnished common rooms where the boys play table soccer and billards or engage in discussions.

Boarding house life is still very clearly structured with Study Hour, Games and activities. Gradually, the young boarders learn to take on responsibility for themselves and for the community and they begin to integrate the values of tolerance and respect for each other in their lives. A boarding house team of five accompanies them at this important stage and they do their best to support every student in his individual development. The House Captains play an important role as intermediaries between pupils and the boarding house team and assist in the organization of activities.

During the daily Study Hour pupils get support and guidance from the boarding house team as well as from additional subject teachers.

An important element of boarding house life is sport, which is a positive outlet for young people's energy. In addition to the sports offered during leisure time, there are House Championships in approx. 20 disciplines. At weekends supervised activities and events are organized on a regular basis.
