Ursula Sommer, PR & Projects

Ursula Sommer was born in 1959 and graduated from the Kantonsschule Wetzikon with the Matura before going on to complete her studies (lic.phil.I) in English and Romance Languages at the University of Zurich. Following various periods abroad and four years as the responsible person for International Staff in the human resources department of Citicorp Investment Bank in Zurich, she was elected teacher for foreign languages at the Swiss School in São Paulo, Brazil. In 1991, together with her husband Beat, she took over the leadership of the Girls' Boarding House at the Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz and taught foreign languages. After returning to Zurich in 1998, she worked as a human resources consultant and taught English at the Kantonsschule Hottingen.

Since 1 January 2005 Ursula Sommer is responsible for Public Relations and various school and boarding house projects.
